› How do I apply for an apartment?
Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
› What is an individual lease?
An individual lease means independence. When you lease an apartment at Ikon at Athens, you’ll sign your own lease agreement. That means that you will be responsible for your portion of the rent, and nobody else’s. The rent you pay pertains to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!
› Will I need a cosigner for my lease?
At Ikon at Athens, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
› What is a guarantor?
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to Ikon at Athens residents.
› Do apartments come furnished?
We offer both furnished and unfurnished options depending on your needs. At Ikon at Athens, you’re free to let your creativity run wild and design your own space or sit back and let us take care of it for you!
› What floor-plans are available?

› Does Ikon at Athens allow pets?
Absolutely! You and your furry friends are more than welcome to come call Ikon at Athens home. Please ask a leasing agent how you can register your pet!
